Amazon FC - Employee Performance System

Project Overview

I developed a comprehensive Employee Performance System to aid the Amazon OPS team in tracking and improving productivity for a department of 300+ employees.

This advanced Excel-based tool acts as a central hub for performance analytics. It automates the ingestion of raw data using Power Query and utilizes complex formulas (including Time Series Forecasting) to forecast hourly headcount needs and identify training gaps. The system allows managers to make instant, data-driven decisions to optimize workflow and safety.
